County of San Diego Uses XenDocs Content Management to Streamline AP Processing
The County’s Accounts Payable (AP) process required departmental AP staff, spread throughout the county to handle the initial invoice processing and data entry. However, before vendors are paid, the invoices must be approved by staff within the County’s centralized “Auditor/Controller” department. Each department sends the hard copy vendor invoices via inter-county mail to the Auditor/Controller department after the first stage of document processing is complete.

XenDocs Content Management Streamlines Labor Immigration Processing
Each year, CNMI Department of Labor and Immigration (DOLI) processes over 39,000 Non-Resident Worker (NRW) labor applications, which are submitted by employers. Prior to working with Hershey Technologies, the NRW application process was manual and paper based. Each applicant was required to submit a packet of documents that included required forms, a passport sized photo, passport and other supporting documents. Manually sorting through each packet was slow and cumbersome for DOLI personnel and employers, which led to backlogged cases and missed deadlines.
