ImageNet™ is easy for end users to learn and use. Its
browser-based user interface is straightforward.
Workflows automatically push documents to user based on
your business rules, or users simply search for documents using
keywords, numbers, or several predefined fields. The software
then presents a list of possible options, and users just
click on the document image they wish to view. Initial training
only takes about 15 minutes per user, and once trained employees using the system
can often be entrusted to train new employees on the software.
ImageNet can import any document regardless of its source
(e.g. paper, PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet) and
make these files available to other systems for onward processing
via a set of integration tools. The software also comes
equipped with Web content management and records management
functions that allow users to not only expand their ECM
efforts, but also ensure that all content complies with
regulatory and audit requirements.
ImageNet™ tightly integrates with industry
leading front-end document capture products such as Cardiff
Software's TELEform™ and Kofax Image Products' Ascent Capture™.
Deploying ImageNet™ across your department or enterprise
is simple and cost effective because users only need a compatible
web-browser with an internet, intranet, or extranet connection
to the ImageNet™ web server. With ImageNet™ users can easily
execute ad-hoc queries, retrieve documents and view/print
or fax the stored images.
