The Master Services Agreement (MSA), published by the California Department of General Services (DGS), streamlines ordering procedures for state agencies, cities, counties, special districts, educational institutions and other public entities. Hershey Technologies has been selected to perform a range of services including professional consulting, software implementation and support services, in the areas of Document Imaging, Electronic Forms, Electronic Document Management and Workflow.
