The XenDocs Admin console provides administrators an easy-to-use experience, allowing them to define, create, modify and delete:
- Document collections and index fields
- Security groups and user accounts – can be defined for each document type and/or collection or for each document individually
- Workflow processes and queues
Upon logging into XenDocs, administrators are presented with a web-based dashboard that provides a snapshot of system usage, such as who is currently logged into the system, number of documents within each work queue and which documents are currently checked out for review.
